Dear Human Body Corporation:
Without me, the respiratory system (r.s.), you're in for trouble! One, you’ll lose the lungs which are super important-one of the main organs to breathe! You'll also lose the trachea, along with the rest of us sorry souls, okay organs. You might as well say "adios" to the nose if you fire the respiratory system. Oh, and, heads up, you need to breathe to live, and that's just what the r.s. does, so don't you think of firing me!
Take the lungs for instance, they're super important! They do all sorts of stuff, like for example; they inhale the oxygen that you breathe. Then they exhale the carbon dioxide (CO2) from your body. I bet you didn't even know that they also discard excess H2O! As you can see, losing the lungs will end up in big doo-doo!
There's also the trachea that's included in our little club and that is also very important! For one, it is the ultimate, super-important passageway from the mouth to the lungs! Being so, it carries the air to the lungs that the body needs to survive. And you're probably too stupid to know that the trachea is the 2nd tube located in your throat! Without the ultimate, super-important trachea, the air won't have anywhere to go!
You know the nose; yeah well it's not going to be able to smell anymore thanks to you! Just because it looks weird and can sometimes be too small, or way too enlarged, doesn't mean it's not important! The nose, as you may know, holds the nostrils, the weird little holes that hold nose-hairs, boogers, and junk, Those nostrils also, like the mouth, bring in air and carry it to the trachea, then on to the lungs. So yeah, the nose is just as important as the mouth, it can breathe too! The nose also enables you to smell all the wonderful stuff on this planet, like your favorite fried chicken, or that delicious chocolate cake that was baking last week! Yeah, we all know, that cake smelled delicious! Lose the nose, you won't be able to smell and you'll look like a big weirdo!
You need your nose, lungs, and trachea to breath, and to live! What are you supposed to do without the lungs? You'll just sit there not breathing! And you can't get rid of the airway, you just can't! Without the nose, well, you can't just use your mouth to breath. So unless you want to look like a nose-less, lung-less, trachea-less, freak, then you can fire me. If you don't, I suggest you don't fire me and get on with your life!
